Within the YUFE Alliance a Joint Bachelor programme \u2018Urban Sustainability Studies\u2019 will be created. The Joint Bachelor programme is a cooperation among ten partner universities, which is based on an open curriculum. Within the framework of the Roadmap for a YUFE Joint Bachelor programme there is a need for an advice on the legal aspects of setting up a Joint Bachelor programme among the partner universities. Indeed, a Joint Bachelor programme has to deal with different legal and administrative provisions, that can origin from national, regional, institutional or even faculty and\/or programme level.<\/p>\n\n
ITEM is asked to take the coordination on gathering the right information and drafting an advice.
