It documents the scientific background to the development of the methodology and its application.<\/p>\n\n<p>About the CrossQuality-project: Crossquality is a project that was financed by the European Interreg EMR funding and the European Union. It has the aim to investigate the possible qualitative indicators of the Interreg-programme.
