Therefore, the focus of this pilot project was to learn more about the current practice of Territorial Impact Assessment with respect to different phases of the EU legislative process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This study investigates the current practice of Territorial Impact Assessment in different phases of the EU legislative process and to what extent TIA tools are applied.
