In March 2023, Esther started as communications advisor at ITEM. Her focus lies in the areas of (online) marketing, internal and external communication, editing, website management and social media. Her efforts concentrate on enhancing the visibility and strengthening the institute’s position within relevant disciplines and wider communities.

Before joining the ITEM team, Esther gained many years of experience in marketing and communications in the higher education sector. She now uses her broad knowledge and experience to advance the valuable research conducted at ITEM. In addition to her current role at ITEM, she is also associated with the Marketing & Communication department of the Faculty of Law as a communications advisor.
