This final report contains the analysis of the Interreg Meuse-Rhine Euroregion programme 2014-2020, applying the methodology for a baseline measurement. The report presents the application and results, as well as recommendations.
About the CrossQuality-project: Crossquality is a project that was financed by the European Interreg EMR funding and the European Union. It has the aim to investigate the possible qualitative indicators of the Interreg-programme. As there are no qualitative indicators for the evaluation of Interreg projects yet, this project is a guideline for the whole European territory.
