The Handbook provides practical guidelines for assessing the quality of cross-border cooperation according to the methodology developed by the Crossquality team. This manual serves to instruct users on how to carry out an assessment of cross-border cooperation, introducing a methodology that combines several tools, such as expert interviews, expert workshops, a survey and the analysis of indicators and sectors.
About the CrossQuality-project: Crossquality is a project that was financed by the European Interreg EMR funding and the European Union. It has the aim to investigate the possible qualitative indicators of the Interreg-programme. As there are no qualitative indicators for the evaluation of Interreg projects yet, this project is a guideline for the whole European territory.
