As of 1 September 2023, Anja is coordinator at ITEM where she manages the day-to-day office and takes on a coaching role. She provides advice on organisation and operations, reporting to the director. Her coordination of daily operations includes the portfolios HR, Finance, Projects, Events, Reports and Annual plans and Communication. She acts as liaison to and liaises between internal and external stakeholders.

Anja already has many years of management experience in higher education and in recent years mainly within the university in the field of sustainability. However, she has also fulfilled other roles in (management of) education, research and operations.
